We don't like to suprise customers with large bills, which is why we operate a "per incident" (ie per problem) charge.
With us you know from the beginning how much our services will cost, and there are no hidden charges. There is no call out fee and no inspection fee.

"No fix No fee"
Our "No fix no fee" policy insures you are not out of pocket. If we can't fix it and it's not a BT or ISP problem then you don't pay anything. If parts are needed, then we will recommend a replacement part. If you don't want us to replace the part the "no fix no fee" policy does not apply.
Business contracts - 40% off first 3 months.
If you are a business and are looking for continuous support, then we are offering
40% off our normal rate for the first 3 months with no minimum contract length.
